Business Zoning Clearance
Get a business zoning clearance from the MPDC in Mapandan. Required before applying for a business permit.
Description
A zoning clearance is required for all businesses applying for a business permit. The MPDC/Zoning Office encodes the business to the DTI-Local Data Capture Sheet, conducts geotagging of the business establishment, computes fees in the iBPLS web application, and issues the Business Zoning Clearance. The process is part of the integrated business permit system.
Requirements
- Unified Application Form for Business Permit (from BPLO)
Procedure
- Go to MPDC / Zoning Office for zoning endorsement.
- MPDC encodes business to DTI-Local Data Capture Sheet Annex B.
- Geotagging of business establishment is conducted.
- Computation of fees in the iBPLS web application: Zoning fee (New Business ₱720, Renewal varies) + Inspection fee (₱100).
- MPDC prepares and issues Business Zoning Clearance.
- Complete endorsement is recorded.
