Requirements

  • Filled up UNIFIED Form / Community Tax Certificate (from BPLO/Treasury Office)
  • DTI/SEC/CDA Registration (from DTI/SEC/CDA Office or Online Application)
  • BIR COR (from RDO Calasiao)
  • Barangay Clearance (System Integrated)

Procedure

  1. Fill up the UNIFIED form and submit necessary requirements for verification (10 min).
  2. BPLO encodes data into the e-BPLS System.
  3. BPLO endorses applicant to Engineering, MPDC, RHU, and BFP for required certificates (44 min).
  4. Pay fees at the Treasury Office. Fees include Mayor's Permit, Business Tax (% of Gross Sales), Plate & Sticker, Weights & Measure, Storage Fee, and Garbage Fee.
  5. Proceed to the Mayor's Office for issuance of renewed Business Permit.
  6. Claim business plate and sticker at the Treasury Office.
