New Business Permit

Apply for a new business permit at the BPLO in Mapandan. Includes endorsement to Engineering, MPDC, RHU, and BFP.

Description

A business permit is required for all individuals or entities intending to operate a commercial business within the Municipality of Mapandan. This permit is issued after compliance with documentary and safety requirements and upon payment of applicable fees.

Requirements

  • Filled up UNIFIED Form / Community Tax Certificate (from BPLO/Treasury Office)
  • DTI/SEC/CDA Registration (from DTI/SEC/CDA Office or Online Application)
  • BIR COR, if available (from RDO Calasiao)
  • Barangay Clearance (System Integrated)

Procedure

  1. Fill up the UNIFIED form and submit necessary requirements for verification (10 min).
  2. BPLO encodes data into the e-BPLS System.
  3. BPLO endorses applicant to various offices: Engineering (Occupancy Certificate), MPDC (Zoning Certificate), RHU (Health Certificate & Sanitary Permit), BFP (Fire Safety Inspection Certificate) (44 min).
  4. Pay fees and charges at the Treasury Office.
  5. Proceed to the Mayor's Office for issuance of Business Permit.
  6. Claim business plate and sticker at the Treasury Office (10 min).
