Electrical Zoning Clearance
Get an electrical zoning clearance from the MPDC in Mapandan. Required before obtaining an electrical permit.
Description
A zoning clearance is required for electrical permits. The MPDC/Zoning Office evaluates the application, conducts land use assessment, and issues the Zoning Compliance Certificate for electrical installations. The process includes site evaluation/inspection, computation of fees, and approval by the Zoning Officer.
Requirements
- Application for Zoning Permit (from MPDC)
- Accomplished Individual Assessment for Application of Temporary Housing Unit Form
- Tax Declaration of lot (from Assessor Office)
- Current Tax receipts (from Treasury Office)
- Affidavit of consent of lot owner
- Site development sketch indicating the ROW
- Affidavit of consent for Right of Way (from lot owner)
- Certification from Barangay Captain
Procedure
- Inquire at the MPDC office and secure the application form.
- MPDC staff conducts interview and provides forms.
- Accomplish forms and prepare all required documents.
- MPDC checks and evaluates forms and required documents.
- Request for site evaluation/inspection. Land use assessment conducted.
- Go to Zoning office for computation of fees and charges.
- Pay fees at the Treasury Office.
- Present receipts to MPDC. Submit one photocopy of all forms and documents.
- MPDC prepares and submits documents. Zoning Officer approves application.
- Client signs logbook.
