Solemnization of Marriage
Magpa-solemnize ng kasal sa Mapandan.
Paglalarawan
The Municipal Mayor of Mapandan is authorized to solemnize marriages under the Family Code of the Philippines. Couples must first obtain a marriage license from the Municipal Civil Registrar. The Mayor's Office schedules the ceremony and the Mayor administers the marriage rites. A Certificate of Marriage is prepared and signed by the Mayor, the couple, and witnesses.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Valid Marriage License (from Municipal Civil Registrar)
- Valid Government-issued IDs of both parties
- Two (2) witnesses with valid IDs
Prosedura
- Present the Marriage License and valid IDs to the Mayor's Office.
- Staff schedules the solemnization date and time.
- Appear on the scheduled date with two (2) witnesses.
- The Mayor administers the marriage rites and signs the Certificate of Marriage.
- Receive the signed Certificate of Marriage.
