Description

A Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permit (MTOP) is required for all motorized tricycle operators within the Municipality of Mapandan. The annual fee is ₱365 including documentary stamps. Filing fee for renewal is ₱315 including documentary stamps. First-time operators also pay ₱100 for the LGU plate. Operators must be members of the local TODA.

Requirements

  • Certificate of Membership from TODA
  • Community Tax Certificate (from Treasury Office)
  • Photocopy of updated LTO registration
  • Photocopy of updated Driver's license

Procedure

  1. Go to Counters 1 and 8 and submit the required documents.
  2. Staff reviews the documents (20 min).
  3. Pay the required fees (3 min).
  4. Receive Official Receipt and LGU Plate or sticker.
  5. Staff records in MTOP logbook and endorses documents to the Mayor's Office.
