Paglalarawan
A Motorized Tricycle Operator's Permit (MTOP) is required for all motorized tricycle operators within the Municipality of Mapandan. The annual fee is ₱365 including documentary stamps. Filing fee for renewal is ₱315 including documentary stamps. First-time operators also pay ₱100 for the LGU plate. Operators must be members of the local TODA.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Certificate of Membership from TODA
- Community Tax Certificate (from Treasury Office)
- Photocopy of updated LTO registration
- Photocopy of updated Driver's license
Prosedura
- Go to Counters 1 and 8 and submit the required documents.
- Staff reviews the documents (20 min).
- Pay the required fees (3 min).
- Receive Official Receipt and LGU Plate or sticker.
- Staff records in MTOP logbook and endorses documents to the Mayor's Office.
