MDRRMO Standby / Transportation Request

Request standby or transportation support from the MDRRMO for events and activities in Mapandan. Free service.

Description

The MDRRMO provides standby and transportation services for events, activities, and operations that require emergency preparedness and medical standby support. This includes deployment of ambulances and rescue vehicles for large gatherings, sports events, and other activities. The requesting entity submits a letter of request specifying the event details and expected requirements.

Requirements

  • Letter of Request specifying event details, schedule, and venue
  • Event permit or endorsement from the Mayor's Office (if applicable)

Procedure

  1. Submit letter of request and event details to the MDRRMO Office.
  2. Staff receives and evaluates the request (5 min).
  3. MDRRMO coordinates the standby or transportation requirements (15 min).
  4. MDRRMO deploys the ambulance and/or rescue vehicle to the event venue.
  5. After the event, the MDRRMO unit stands down and returns to the station.
