Description
The MDRRMO provides 24/7 emergency rescue operations and medical transportation for residents of Mapandan. During disasters, accidents, and medical emergencies, the MDRRMO deploys its rescue teams and ambulance to respond to calls. The client or a family member contacts the MDRRMO hotline or reports in person. The MDRRMO assesses the situation, deploys the appropriate response team, and provides transportation to the nearest hospital if needed.

- No prior requirements needed for emergency response — call or report directly
Procedure
- Call the MDRRMO hotline or report to the MDRRMO Office in case of emergency.
- Provide details of the emergency: location, nature of incident, number of persons affected.
- MDRRMO assesses the situation and deploys the rescue team and/or ambulance.
- Rescue team provides first aid, rescue operations, or medical transportation as needed.
- Patient or affected individuals are transported to the nearest hospital or safe location.
