Requirements
- Plans duly signed & sealed by licensed professionals
- Certified true copy of Tax Declaration (from Assessor Office)
- Xerox copy of land title (from Register of Deeds)
- Community Tax Certificate (from Treasury Office)
- Latest Tax receipts (from Treasury Office)
- Electrical & Sanitary permit (from Municipal Health Office)
- Confirmation of adjoining lot owners
- Certification from Barangay Captain
- Application for locational clearance (from Zoning Office)
- 2 Affidavits (from Notary Public)
- Affidavit of consent if not lot owner (from Notary Public)
- Fire Safety clearance (from BFP Office)
- Affidavit of adjoining lot owners
Procedure
- Obtain a zoning clearance from the MPDC / Zoning Office.
- Prepare architectural and structural plans signed by licensed professionals.
- Submit all documents to the Municipal Engineering Office (MEO) for review.
- Pay the building permit fees at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.
- Receive the approved building permit after technical evaluation.
