Electrical Permit
Get an electrical permit from the Mapandan Municipal Engineer. Required for all electrical installations and wiring.
Description
An electrical permit is required for electrical installations and wiring within Mapandan. The Municipal Engineer evaluates the application, conducts site inspection, computes fees based on total connected loads, and endorses to the Zoning Officer and BFP for compliance. The permit is issued after all clearances are obtained.
Requirements
- Confirmation of adjoining lot owners
- Barangay Clearance
- Certified true copy of Tax Declaration
- Xerox copy of land title (if any)
- Latest tax payment
- Community Tax Certificate
- Signed & sealed form of electrical permits
- Application for zoning clearance
- Affidavits
Procedure
- Report to Engineering Office for assessment. Staff provides necessary forms (15 min).
- Fill up electrical permit forms and submit to the Building Official.
- Staff evaluates requirements and conducts site inspection (30 min + 1 hour).
- Staff computes assessment fee and endorses to Zoning Officer & BFP (15 min + 15 min).
- Pay fees at Treasury Office. Zoning officer & Fire Dept conduct inspection (10 min).
- Receive Zoning/Locational & Fire Safety clearance (15 min).
- Receive the Electrical Permit (2 min).
