Description

A demolition permit is required before any demolition of a building or structure in Mapandan. The Municipal Engineer conducts initial assessment of the application, site inspection, and computation of fees. The permit is issued after payment and verification of all requirements.

  4. Pay the necessary fees at the Treasury Office and obtain official receipt (10 min).
  5. Present OR to Engineering Staff. Staff prepares the demolition permit (15 min).
  6. Receive the demolition permit (5 min).
