Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP)
Register your youth organization with the LYDO in Mapandan under the YORP. Free service, official recognition and program access.
Description
The Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) administers the Youth Organization Registration Program (YORP) as mandated by the SK Reform Act (RA 11769). Registration provides official recognition of the youth organization, access to LGU support and funding opportunities, and participation in municipal, provincial, and national youth programs and activities. The LYDO assesses the application, verifies membership composition, and issues the Certificate of Registration.
Requirements
- Letter of Intent to Register from the organization
- Constitution and By-Laws of the organization
- List of Officers and Members with ages (must be 15–30 years old)
- Minutes of the organization's founding meeting
- Endorsement from the Barangay Captain (if barangay-level organization)
Procedure
- Submit the letter of intent and all required documents to the LYDO Office.
- LYDO staff receives and reviews the application (3 min).
- LYDO verifies the membership composition and constitution (3 min).
- LYDO prepares the Certificate of Registration (2 min).
- Receive the Certificate of Registration upon approval (2 min).
