Description

A Professional Tax Receipt is required for all professionals exercising their profession in the Municipality of Mapandan. The fee is ₱300 for professionals (to be remitted to the Provincial Treasury Office) and ₱100 for non-professionals. Professionals must present their PRC ID, while non-professionals must present their Mayor's Permit.

  • Mayor's Permit from Mayor's Office (for non-professionals)

  1. Go to Counters 1 and 2 and request for Professional Tax Receipt.
  2. Pay the required fee: ₱300 for professionals or ₱100 for non-professionals.
