MDRRMO Walk-In Client Assistance

Walk in to the MDRRMO Office for disaster-related inquiries, complaints, and coordination assistance. Free service.

Description

The MDRRMO provides walk-in assistance to residents who visit the office for disaster-related inquiries, complaints, coordination, and other concerns. The client is received by the duty officer, who assesses the concern and provides the appropriate assistance or referral. The MDRRMO also handles reports on flood damage, landslide, fire incidents, and other disaster-related events.

Requirements

  • Valid Government-issued ID (for verification)
  • Any supporting documents related to the concern (if applicable)

Procedure

  1. Visit the MDRRMO Office and approach the duty officer.
  2. Duty officer receives the client and assesses the concern (5 min).
  3. Duty officer provides the appropriate assistance, information, or referral (5 min).
  4. If the concern requires further action, the MDRRMO coordinates with the appropriate unit or agency (5 min).
