Request a disaster preparedness training or seminar from the MDRRMO in Mapandan. Free for barangays and organizations.
Description
The MDRRMO conducts training, seminars, and workshops on disaster preparedness and risk reduction for barangay officials, community volunteers, students, and organizations. Topics include first aid, basic life support, search and rescue, fire suppression, and emergency response. The requesting entity submits a letter of request specifying the desired topic, schedule, and expected participants.
Requirements
- Letter of Request specifying topic, preferred schedule, and number of participants
- Endorsement from the Barangay Captain (for barangay-level requests)
Procedure
- Submit letter of request and endorsement to the MDRRMO Office.
- Staff receives and evaluates the request (3 min).
- MDRRMO schedules the training, seminar, or workshop (coordination varies).
- MDRRMO conducts the training at the agreed venue and schedule.
- Participants receive certificates of completion (if applicable).
