Health Consultation
Free health consultation at the Mapandan RHU. Walk-in service for all residents. 25 minutes per client.
Description
The Municipal Health Office (MHO) / Rural Health Unit (RHU) provides free health consultation services to all residents of Mapandan. This includes general medical consultations, health advice, and referrals to higher-level health facilities when necessary. Walk-in patients are served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Requirements
- Valid ID (government issued, employment, school, barangay certification)
Procedure
- Register in Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Midwife registers new patients and encodes data.
- Classify patient: PhilHealth member (attach ID number) or non-PhilHealth member.
- Record consultation date, vital signs, and chief complaint.
- Occupy seats in waiting area and wait for name to be called.
- MHO check-up, assess, and treat the patient. Schedule follow-up check-up.
- Give available medicines to patient and encode.
