Description
Payment for cemetery lot rental and purchase of cemetery tombs at the Mapandan cemetery. Cemetery lot rental is ₱1,500 every ten years. Cemetery tombs are available at ₱10,000, ₱15,000, and ₱20,000. A death certificate is required for tomb purchase.
Requirements
- Death Certificate (from Municipal Civil Registry)
Procedure
- Go to Counter 8 and inquire for available tomb or lot rental.
- Staff checks availability (20 min).
- Pay the required fees (3 min).
- Receive Official Receipt. Staff records in Cemetery log book.
