Description

The Municipal Assessor's Office issues a certificate indicating whether a real property has declared improvements such as buildings, structures, or other constructions on the land. This certificate is required for property transactions, loan applications, and other legal purposes. The fee depends on the assessed value of the property.

Requirements

  • Written request stating the property location
  • Valid Government-issued ID

Procedure

  1. Submit a written request with property details and valid ID to the Assessor's Office.
  2. Staff receives and verifies the request (5 min).
  3. Staff checks the property record for declared improvements (5 min).
  4. Staff prepares and issues the certificate (3 min).
  5. Pay the required fee at the Treasury Office and claim the certificate (2 min).
