Zoning Clearance
Kumuha ng zoning clearance bago magtayo, mag-renovation, o magbago ng paggamit ng isang ari-arian sa Mapandan.
Paglalarawan
A zoning clearance certifies that the intended use or construction on a property complies with the municipality’s land use plan and zoning regulations. It is a prerequisite for obtaining a building permit or for any change in land use classification.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Certificate of land title or ownership documents (e.g., Tax Declaration, Deed of Sale)
- Site development plan or proposed layout
- Sketch of property location (showing the lot in relation to nearby streets/landmarks)
Prosedura
- Visit the Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDC) or Zoning Office.
- Submit the required documents along with the zoning clearance application form.
- Pay the applicable fee at the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.
- Receive the zoning clearance after verification of land use compliance.
