Description

The Office of the Sangguniang Bayan provides certified true copies of municipal ordinances, resolutions, and other documents pertaining to the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan. The client submits a letter of request, pays the required fee at the Treasury Office, and the SB staff researches, produces, and authenticates the document through the SB Secretary.

Procedure

1. Submit letter of request for the needed documents to the SB Office.
2. Staff receives the letter and requires you to pay ₱130 at the Treasury Office.
3. Pay the required fee and obtain official receipt.
4. SB staff researches the needed document.
5. Staff produces the document and submits it to the SB Secretary for authentication, certification, and sealing.
6. Receive the authenticated and certified document.
