Description
The Municipal Assessor's Office issues various certificates related to real property beyond the standard Tax Declaration copies. These include clearance certificates, non-declaration certificates, and other property-related certifications needed for legal, financial, and administrative transactions. The fee is ₱100 per certificate.
Requirements
- Written request specifying the type of certificate needed
- Valid Government-issued ID
- Property details (lot number, block, street, barangay)
Procedure
- Submit a written request with property details and valid ID to the Assessor's Office.
- Staff receives and reviews the request (3 min).
- Staff verifies the information in the records (7 min).
- Staff prepares and issues the certificate (3 min).
- Pay ₱100 at the Treasury Office and claim the certificate (2 min).
