Record or cancel annotations on your Tax Declaration at the Assessor's Office. ₱150, 20 minutes processing.

Description

The Municipal Assessor's Office records new annotations or cancels existing annotations on Tax Declarations. Annotations include mortgages, liens, legal inhibitions, court orders, and other encumbrances affecting the property. The client submits the supporting documents (e.g., Deed of Mortgage, Release of Mortgage, Court Order), and the Assessor's Office updates the Tax Declaration accordingly.

Requirements

  • Deed of Mortgage / Release of Mortgage (for mortgage annotations)
  • Court Order or Writ of Attachment (for legal annotations)
  • Valid Government-issued ID of the property owner
  • Current Tax Declaration

Procedure

  1. Submit the supporting documents and valid ID to the Assessor's Office.
  2. Staff receives and reviews the documents (5 min).
  3. Staff verifies the authenticity and completeness of the documents (5 min).
  4. Staff records the annotation or cancellation on the Tax Declaration (5 min).
  5. Pay ₱150 at the Treasury Office and claim the updated Tax Declaration (5 min).
