Paglalarawan
A Tax Clearance Certificate is issued to taxpayers upon verification of their records at the Treasury Office. The certificate is required for various business and legal transactions including business permit applications, property transfers, and government dealings. Fee is ₱100 per certificate or clearance plus ₱30 documentary stamps.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Real Property Tax official receipt (for RPT clearance)
- Mayor's Permit (for cessation of business clearance)
Prosedura
- Go to Counters 4, 6 or 7 and request for clearance or certificate.
- Staff verifies records and prepares the documents (15 min).
- Pay the required fees: ₱100 + ₱30 documentary stamps (3 min).
- Receive the Tax Clearance Certificate.
