Paglalarawan
A special event permit is required for individuals or organizations planning to hold public events within Mapandan. This includes festivals, concerts, trade fairs, sports tournaments, and other gatherings that may affect public roads, spaces, or safety.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Event proposal with detailed description, expected attendance, and schedule
- Sketch or map of the event venue
- Safety and security plan
- Event insurance (if applicable, depending on event type and size)
- Barangay endorsement from the barangay where the event will be held
Prosedura
- Secure a barangay endorsement from the barangay where the event will take place.
- Prepare the event proposal, venue sketch, and safety plan.
- Submit all requirements to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO) and/or Mayor’s Office.
- Wait for review and approval; pay any required fees.
- Receive the approved special event permit.
