Paglalarawan
The Office of the Mayor issues recommendation letters for residents of Mapandan who are applying for employment, scholarship, or other opportunities requiring a character reference from the Local Chief Executive. The staff reviews the application, prepares the recommendation letter, and submits it to the Mayor for signature.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Letter of Request stating the purpose
- Valid Government-issued ID
- Barangay Certification of Residency
- Resume or CV (for employment)
Prosedura
- Submit letter of request, valid ID, and barangay certification to the Mayor's Office.
- Staff reviews and verifies the documents (5 min).
- Staff prepares the recommendation letter for the Mayor's signature (5 min).
- Receive the signed recommendation letter (5 min).
