Paglalarawan
The MDRRMO provides copies of documents and information related to disaster risk management upon request. This includes hazard maps, evacuation plans, disaster risk reduction plans, and other related documents. The client submits a letter of request, and the MDRRMO staff verifies availability and prepares the documents.
Mga Kinakailangan
- Letter of Request specifying the document or information needed
- Valid Government-issued ID
Prosedura
- Submit letter of request and valid ID to the MDRRMO Office.
- Staff receives and reviews the request (2 min).
- Staff verifies availability of the requested document or information (3 min).
- If available, staff prepares and releases the document or information (2 min).
