Real Property at Revenue
Pagdeklara ng Mga Undeclared na Property
Mag-deklara ng undeclared property sa Assessor's Office sa Mapandan.
Paglalarawan
Property owners who have not declared their real property for taxation purposes may voluntarily declare it with the Municipal Assessor's Office. The Assessor appraises the land and any improvements, and issues a new Tax Declaration. This process brings the property into the tax rolls and avoids penalties for non-declaration. The fee covers the appraisal and declaration process.
